Delivery Policy

1. Options and costs

In-stock orders are dispatched from the nearest distribution warehouse as soon as payment is confirmed, typically within 1 business day.

2. Where your order ships from

RigLab partners with national distributors; your order is dispatched directly from the nearest distribution warehouse (Cape Town, Johannesburg or Durban) to shorten delivery times. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

3. Your delivery pin

At checkout you pin your exact delivery location on a map. Couriers deliver to that pin, so please place it at your door, gate or reception — and use the delivery notes field for gate codes, unit numbers or complex names. Deliveries take place on business days, 08:00–17:00.

4. Receiving your order

• Someone 18 or older must sign at the pinned address; ID may be requested for high-value orders.
• Inspect the parcel before signing where possible; note visible damage on the delivery slip.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• Report damage in transit or missing items within 48 hours to support@riglab.co.za.

5. Delays and outlying areas

Outlying areas may add 1–3 working days. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we contact you within 1 business day with the option of a revised ETA, an alternative product, or an immediate full refund.
