These terms are provided in terms of section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA") and apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You may review, correct and withdraw your order at any point before payment.
2. Orders and acceptance
Displaying products on this website is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding agreement only comes into effect once we confirm your order and successful payment by email. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where a price was materially misstated in error, or where fraud is suspected — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). F2F Cellular CC is not currently a registered VAT vendor — no VAT is charged or shown on invoices.
- Prices and stock availability may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if an error affects your order we will contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund.
- Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Stock and delivery
Products are dispatched from our supplier partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. Please inspect your order on receipt and report damage or shortages within 48 hours.
5. Cooling-off right (ECTA section 44)
As a consumer you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days after delivery, without reason and without penalty. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process and the limited statutory exclusions (e.g. unsealed software licences).
6. Warranties (Consumer Protection Act)
All products carry the statutory 6-month warranty under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008: if goods are defective within 6 months of delivery you may elect a repair, replacement or refund. In addition, the manufacturer's warranty applicable to each product is displayed on its product page and runs from the date of delivery; where no manufacturer warranty is shown, only the statutory warranty applies. Manufacturer warranty claims are assessed by the relevant supplier or manufacturer and repair/replacement turnaround times are estimates only. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, or unauthorised modification (including physical damage from overclocking beyond manufacturer specification). All warranty returns require a return reference issued by us — see the Returns Policy.
7. Compatibility guidance
Our PC Builder and compatibility notes are provided in good faith to assist your selection, but final responsibility for component selection rests with you unless we have expressly confirmed a configuration. Where our compatibility checker has approved a build and a genuine incompatibility exists, we will accept the return at our cost.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data — please back up before installing new hardware.
9. Disputes and complaints
Questions and complaints: support@riglab.co.za. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za), the National Consumer Commission (www.thencc.org.za), or a court with jurisdiction. These terms are governed by South African law.
